HOW IT STARTED

Vizitor began with a simple, practical problem.

Most offices had modern software running every part of the business except the front desk. That still ran on a paper register, a pen, and phone calls that often went unanswered. Visitors signed names nobody could search. There was no real record of who was on-site. It was one of those problems hiding in plain sight.

Vizitor started as a fix for exactly that, a visitor management system that made the front desk as capable as everything behind it. What grew from there was not planned. It was pulled by the organizations using it, and what they kept asking for next.
