Terms of Service

By creating a Vizitor account or using any Vizitor software, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vizitor.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and timely payment, Vizitor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access our visitor management platform for your internal business operations during the subscription term.

We strive to maintain at least 99.5% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@vizitorapp.com. Each account is for a single organization; sharing credentials between unrelated organizations is not permitted.

You may use Vizitor only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to Vizitor systems or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Vizitor software
• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Collect visitor data for purposes other than legitimate workplace management
• Resell or sublicense the Vizitor platform without prior written consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Vizitor. You grant Vizitor a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

As the data controller for visitor check-in data, you are responsible for ensuring your collection and use of visitor data complies with GDPR, India's DPDP Act, CCPA, and other applicable laws. Vizitor acts as your data processor.

Enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may request one at hello@vizitor.co.

Free Plan: Available with limited features. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. See our pricing page for current plan details.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at period end. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.

All Vizitor software, UI, brand assets, documentation, and product design are and remain the exclusive property of AIVizitor Labs Private Limited. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain full ownership of your data and custom branding assets uploaded to your kiosk.

Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public business information confidential. These confidentiality obligations survive termination for three (3) years.

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Vizitor may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, access ends immediately.

Data Export: Request a CSV export of visitor data within 30 days of account closure. After 90 days, all account data will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact hello@vizitor.co first to resolve issues informally.

Material changes are communicated by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
